How do I order a Clavhello keyboard?
Design your keyboard in the configurator, then send your quote request. The workshop replies with a price and lead time. Once you accept the quote, your keyboard goes into production.
How much does a keyboard cost?
Every keyboard is unique, so it is priced on a quote based on your choices. The quote is free and without obligation.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free account is needed to send your request. It lets you follow each step and find your designs again.
How long do production and delivery take?
Every keyboard is made to order by our manufacturing partners and then shipped to you: allow several weeks between accepting the quote and delivery. The exact lead time is stated on your quote.
How can I track my order?
From your account, you can see the status of each request: received, quote sent, paid, in production, shipped. You also get an email at every key step.
How does payment work?
Once you accept your quote, you receive a secure payment link.
Can I choose my keyboard layout?
The configurator shows an AZERTY layout. For another layout (QWERTY, QWERTZ…), mention it in your message: the workshop will confirm what is possible in your quote.
Can I add my own design?
Yes: upload an SVG or PNG for the artisan keycap on the Esc key. The workshop reviews every design and confirms how it can be made in your quote.
Are the configurator sounds real?
They are simulations that give a good idea of the character of each switch type: linear, tactile, clicky or silent.
Do you deliver to my country?
Mention your country in your request message: the workshop will confirm delivery, its cost and lead time in your quote.
