Give a custom mechanical keyboard: the gift they will use every day

Why a mechanical keyboard makes a great gift

• it is used every day, for work, study or play;
• it is personal: colours, sound, layout… it is like no other;
• it brightens up a whole desk and makes you want to sit down at it;
• it lasts: a mechanical keyboard is something you keep for a long time.

A theme for every personality

In the configurator, every theme can then be changed key by key. A few ideas to get started:

• Sakura, for lovers of pink and soft vibes: pink case, cream keys and raspberry accents;
• Candy, for cheerful people who love colour: a sweet mix of peach, vanilla, mint and lavender;
• Icy mint, for a fresh, bright desk: white, mint and lavender keys;
• Starry night, for night owls and gamers: black case, lilac and plum keys, vanilla accents.

Choosing well without knowing everything

• little desk space, or a keyboard that travels: go for the 65% size (our 65% or 96% guide helps);
• someone who shares their desk or works in an open-plan office: choose silent switches (see the switch guide);
• pick the layout the person types on every day: UK or US QWERTY, AZERTY, QWERTZ or Spanish QWERTY;
• unsure about colours? Start from a theme and keep light letters: easy to read and liked by almost everyone.

A tip to get it right

Design two or three versions in the configurator, then copy the link to each one: it keeps all the colours. You can discreetly show them to a mutual friend for their opinion, without giving anything away.

And if the person has already drawn their dream keyboard, or shared an inspiration, send the file from the configurator with “Already have a design?”: the workshop reviews it for free and replies with a price and lead time.

Order early

Every made-to-order keyboard is assembled by hand in France. For a birthday or the holidays, order as early as possible: the price and shipping time are shown before you confirm your order.
